- C.R. Burnett
Step by step,
Hour by hour,
I climb a staircase,
Inside a tower.
The walls are cold,
The air is thin;
Sometimes I wonder,
Where I have been.
A tempo arises,
A beautiful sound.
But why, oh why,
Do I feel bound?
The clocks are ticking,
The beats moves along,
But I still can't find,
Where I belong.
I have within,
A hidden smile,
That seems to come,
But once in awhile.
So as I climb
This place of mine,
I wonder if
It's worth my time.
"The prize is rare!"
Or so they say,
I hope to be,
The winner some day.
So step by step,
And hour by hour,
I climb a staircase,
Inside a tower.

Wow...I *love* it! Absolutely beautiful. :) You know, it's just not fair. You keep letting these random talents come to light, and you do them all well! :P Haha, keep it up!
